Class Description

A class suitable for those new to Pilates or those who have practiced before. The class starts and finishes in a standing position but most exercises are on a mat on the floor. A class designed to increase rotation through the upper back, work on core strength and stability of the pelvis. Great for those who want to improve their golf game.
