Class Description

A class suitable for those completely new to Pilates or those who have practiced before but prefer a gentle pace of class. The class starts and finishes in a standing position but most exercises are on a mat on the floor. There is a gentle mobilising warm up, the main section of the class including lots of classical Pilates repertoire, followed by a 5-10 minute mindfulness based exercise and stretch to finish. A variety of equipment is used to add challenge and variety to the classes.
